Wanted to add a picture that shows the interior of the yoga studio. The glass wall that you see has two doors for entering and exiting the studio. There are mirrors on every wall other than the glass wall to exit the rear. There are plenty of chairs and tables to sit at and socialize before and after class but at the end of the first week, more people were sprawled out on the floor outside the studio after class than sitting in the chairs. Many people are having trouble walking after class and have to be assisted to the outside to cool off. There are a few people that I have met earlier in the week who I have not seen since maybe Thursday or Friday, but the fact remains that once you go to your room, it is pretty isolated, hopefully they did not leave the training, but it is hard to tell, it does seem the sign in sheets, the ones we are required to sign to track our attendance got a little shorter after the first sign in. There have been people who had to be given IV fluids due to dehydration. We are on a tight schedule, but the one blessing during the day is the afternoon buffet that is provided. We are not allowed to prepare food in our room. But all of us have lots of fluids, lots of nutrition bars, lots of supplements, and lots of love. The other difficulty is the currency, we have american money, we have to make exchange for that, and then go take a cab or hotel van to the local shops for foods that are non-perishable and can store in our room without causing a problem. We have found a subway sandwich shop, a mcdonalds and there is also one hotel cafe that is not too expensive where we can get our other meals. Other than that, the hotel meals run about $25 each and that is with the "Bikram" discount, so dining out is not going to be a regular thing at the hotel. The laundry situation is $3 for every kilo or 2.2lbs so that is sort of a blessing because the humidity is so high that things we hope will air dry on the balcony chairs have not dried well.

Don't know if you remember me from yoga classes, either, but just wanted to give you a "shout out" and thank you for sharing your blog. You three are mentioned frequently in class and sometimes one of the teachers has pointed out that we are taking class at the same time as you are!
